Tauhidul Islam manages operations and service delivery. With a strong background in accounting and financial management, he ensures efficient workflow management, timely delivery, and consistent service quality.

He oversees the day-to-day execution of bookkeeping, VAT, and financial schedules, ensuring work allocations meet agreed turnarounds and strict accuracy thresholds.
